I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist based in Maine, supporting individuals, couples, and groups in cultivating more compassionate and connected relationships with themselves and the lives they’re living. In my private practice, I feel especially drawn to mindfulness-based, parts-oriented, and nervous-system-informed approaches that honor the wisdom of the body and the complexity of our inner worlds. I grew up in Maine— and while I loved my years away— I feel grateful to be rooted to this place and raising our two young children here.
